We source components from all over the world and choose to work with the best suppliers. Assembled in Wuhan, China. Before all products are put into storage, we will conduct switch connectivity performance tests on the products. Before the product is released from the warehouse, a product compatibility test will be carried out. We ensure that you are delivered with superior optical module products.
All products are currently priced in US dollars. For orders placed on the website, you can pay via VISA/MASTERCARD/PAYPAL.
Our prices do not include import duties and other applicable taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed to you by our logistics partner or your local customs authority upon delivery.
All our products are shipped via DHL Express, UPS Express, and others depending on the countries.
Most of America, Europe, Asia countries. Israel, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Russia, Ukraine cannot be shipped.
We provide a 3-year warranty on optical module products from the date of our shipment. Product damage caused by human factors is not covered by the warranty.

After your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. If you do not receive the email, please contact us at support@ecloudlight.com and we will resend the tracking information to you.
